The hard choices at C2C 2026

Two stages at Lingotto, one of you. Who each side of the weekend's clashes is for.

At Lingotto the Main Stage and the Dazed Stage run at the same time, a short walk apart, and C2C books them like two different festivals. Most clashes are a choice between two moods rather than two good acts. Remember there's no re-entry once you leave the building, so splitting a set inside is fine; going out for air is not.

Theo Parrish, Oklou, Robyn & Arca

C2C Festival Friday · Lingotto Fiere · Lingotto

Listen

Theo Parrish's seven hours, or the pop queens next door?

From 21:00 to 04:00 Theo Parrish plays Detroit house, soul and jazz on the Dazed Stage, and next door Oklou, Robyn and Arca play one after another. You don't have to choose once: the seven-hour set is made to be walked into and out of. Oklou's soft-focus pop is the easiest one to leave for a first hour of Theo; for most of this crowd Robyn and Arca are why they came. The club heads will go back to the Dazed Stage after Arca, when Theo tends to get rougher.

Joanne Robertson & LIIM

C2C Festival Saturday · Lingotto Fiere · Lingotto

Listen

Joanne Robertson's whispered folk or LIIM's Harlem jazz loops?

A brittle guitar, a voice close to the mic, melodies that hang and vanish: Joanne Robertson, a Glasgow painter, writes songs that sound improvised. Her record 'Blurrr' was one of last year's quiet surprises. Half an hour later on the Dazed Stage, LIIM is a 21-year-old from Harlem rapping and half-singing over dissonant jazz samples, with a nod from Tyler, The Creator. Robertson for anyone who came with The Wire in their bag; LIIM for whoever wants the early evening to move.

FINE & KMRU

C2C Festival Saturday · Lingotto Fiere · Lingotto

Listen

FINE's hazy Copenhagen pop or KMRU's wall of drone?

FINE builds dreamy, patchwork pop from guitars, samples and old folk and country shapes, and her new album came out the week before the festival. KMRU, from Nairobi and now in Berlin, plays stretched tones and field recordings that swell from near silence into heavy distortion. FINE is for the Escho fans already in for Elias later; KMRU is for anyone who wants to stand inside a sound for an hour.

Kelela & Elias Rønnenfelt

C2C Festival Saturday · Lingotto Fiere · Lingotto

Listen

Kelela's club R&B or Elias Rønnenfelt's dark songs?

Kelela sings clear and high over beats that never quite lock into four-to-the-floor; she helped tie R&B to the experimental club scene more than ten years ago, and this is her first C2C since 2014. A quarter of an hour later the singer of Copenhagen band Iceage plays his solo songs on the Dazed Stage: a grainy voice, half poetry, closer to a late-night bar than a rock show. Kelela if you want to dance with your eyes closed, Elias if you came for the Dean Blunt side of the lineup.

C2C Festival Saturday · Lingotto Fiere · Lingotto

Listen

Yung Lean & Bladee or Kode9 & RP Boo: the weekend's real clash

On the main stage, the Stockholm pair who shaped a generation's internet sound sing together for the first time in Italy, to a crowd that knows every word. On the Dazed Stage, Kode9, who founded Hyperdub, the label that gave the world Burial, plays with RP Boo, one of the Chicago producers who invented footwork. Expect jagged drums at double speed and sudden holes in the bass. Fans of the first will barely notice the second exists, and that's the C2C split in one hour.

Crystallmess & Picture

C2C Festival Saturday · Lingotto Fiere · Lingotto

Listen

Crystallmess's funeral-party energy or Picture's slow dub-techno?

Late on Saturday, Paris DJ Crystallmess plays raw, percussive club music that runs from dancehall to Afro-trance to Detroit techno, loud and full of grief and joy at once. On the other stage, Natal Zaks, a central figure in Danish club music, plays as Picture: patient kick drums, dub chords and a lot of space, mostly from unreleased music in his archive. Crystallmess if you still have legs; Picture if you want to sway until the shuttle.
