Watt events invites two of their dearest friends and inspirators. There are artists who define a moment and there are artists who quietly shape an entire culture over decades. Hernan Cattaneo and Nick Warren belong firmly to the latter. For ADE Wednesday we bring them together for a rare and extended 6-hour back-to-back set, the way this music was always intended to be experienced. Both of them, through their work on Sudbeat, The Soundgarden and their legacy with Global Underground, have shaped a deeper, more timeless interpretation of electronic music that continues to resonate with those who listen beyond the obvious. Their approach has never been about trends or quick impact, but about patience, detail and emotional depth, a way of playing that rewards those who stay, who listen and who understand that the real moments often live in the transitions rather than the peaks. For us, this goes far beyond just another ADE booking. The very first Watt event was built around Hernan Cattaneo and his Sudbeat label, followed shortly after by an ADE party where he and Nick Warren already shared the decks. In many ways, their music helped shape the foundation of what Watt Events has become; a direction rooted in storytelling, long-form sets and a deeper connection to the dancefloor. To have them return now, side by side, for a 6-hour set during ADE already completes our dream line up of the week (and its just night 1!) Expect a night that unfolds gradually. No rush, no shortcuts with two artists who know exactly how to read a room, building something that evolves hour by hour, moving through warmth, tension, groove and emotion with a level of control that only comes from decades behind the decks. Watt events continues its all night long ADE sessions with Guy J. For nearly two decades, Guy J has built a reputation not through hype or trends, but through an obsessive dedication to musical storytelling. His rise happened quietly and organically, driven almost entirely by the depth of his productions and the emotional precision of his sets. While many artists became known for big moments, Guy J became known for the space between them. Through his labels Lost & Found and Early Morning, he created entire ecosystems around that philosophy. Lost & Found became a home for deep progressive music with cinematic detail and emotional weight, while Early Morning is exploring a more intimate and experimental side of his sound. Warm textures, subtle grooves and records designed for those final hours where tension and atmosphere matter more than impact. What makes a Guy J all night long set so different is the patience inside the structure. Technically, his sets are built less around drops and more around gradual harmonic evolution. Tiny melodic changes, layered percussion loops, long EQ transitions and overlapping atmospheres slowly reshape the room over hours instead of minutes. Tracks are often blended in ways that make it difficult to hear where one ends and another begins. The opening hours can be almost deceptively restrained. Deep, hypnotic and spacious. Rhythms sit low in the mix while melodies slowly reveal themselves over extended passages. By the middle of the night the energy becomes denser and more psychedelic, with rolling basslines, complex synth modulation and progressive tension that keeps building without ever fully exploding. Then, toward the later hours, the set often becomes emotional again, reflective, melodic and deeply human. That is why people stay for entire nights with Guy J. Not for individual tracks, but for the journey itself. This ADE Thursday at IJland, surrounded by water and the Amsterdam skyline, that full experience unfolds from beginning to end. The intimate Pacific has never bounced like this before 😉 Born in Buenos Aires, Mariano Mellino began his journey behind the decks at the age of nineteen, inspired by the progressive foundations laid by artists such as Hernan Cattaneo, Sasha, John Digweed and Nick Warren. Since then, he has developed a sound unmistakably his own: deep, driving and melodic. Mariano represents Argentina’s next major international DJ, an artist increasingly stepping onto the world stage while remaining closely connected to the musical culture that shaped him. Audioholics is the natural extension of that vision. What began as Mariano’s radio show has grown into an international event concept and record label, bringing together artists and listeners who follow progressive music. During ADE, that philosophy finds its setting in Amsterdam. Pacific sits in the heart of Westerpark’s Westergas cultural district. By day, it is an all-day meeting place for food, drinks and culture; after dark, its industrial interior transforms naturally into an intimate club environment. Located only a five-minute walk from We Are Lost, it gives us the opportunity to continue the night.
