Will Lister, Max Winter and Imogen and the Knife formed thredd during a November 2023 residency in the basement of West London venue Laylow. Their debut album, It’s Lovely, Come On In, arrived through London and New York imprint Scenic Route in 2025, followed by a rework collection involving Nourished by Time, yunè pinku, Priori and others.
A story
They wrote new material in Laylow’s basement and performed it every Wednesday for four weeks while the venue was being sold.
