MGNA Crrrta
NYC duo turning 2010s EDM gloss into blown-out electro-pop.
Based in New York City, United States
Farheen Khan and Ginger Scott stack crunchy basslines, abrasive synths and glossy 2010s EDM leads beneath melodic, heavily processed vocals. Beautiful Disaster swings between searing electronic overload and direct pop hooks; their concerts translate it into a fast, high-energy two-person performance.
More about MGNA Crrrta
The pair met as tweens on a Hunger Games-themed Minecraft server and began releasing music in 2022, turning an online friendship into an independent New York electronic-pop project. Their self-built visual world and collaborations with Ninajirachi place them among internet-native acts reclaiming electroclash, blog-era pop and maximal EDM without sanding off the distortion.
A story
They met as tweens while playing on the same Hunger Games servers in Minecraft.
