Sibling-led trip-hop pop with bass pressure and synchronised lights
Based in Melbourne, Australia · From Australia
Mira and Tori Holleman’s harmonised voices drift through hazy, bass-led production, pulsing drum-machine rhythms and Madeleine Magee Carr’s analogue synth layers. The live show synchronises lighting with synths and drum machines, turning the trio’s melancholic pop into a compact audiovisual set.
Fade Evare emerged from Naarm/Melbourne in late 2024 and released the debut album Welcome Back through Astral People Recordings in 2025. The project connects Mira’s first lead-vocal role with Tori’s production experience in Retiree and Carr’s keyboard work, folding trip-hop, pop and dance music into a distinctly post-club format.
Yamaha Dreaming began as a snapshot of humid air, bright lights and motorbike traffic on Hanoi’s city limits.
