Cinthie
Berlin house authority joining Chicago rawness with New York swing
Based in Berlin, Germany
Cinthie plays punchy, uncluttered house: swinging drums, warm basslines, vocal flashes and occasional garage or electro turns. Her DJ sets connect formative Chicago and New York records to newer Berlin productions, building through groove rather than theatrical drops.
More about Cinthie
A fixture of Berlin’s DIY house network, she co-founded Beste Modus and now runs 803 Crystal Grooves, Collective Cuts, we_r house and the Elevate record shop. Skylines – City Lights established her as an album producer in 2020, while her 2022 DJ-Kicks documented the old-school and contemporary selectors feeding her sets.
A story
She became a resident DJ at Frankfurt’s Flash club at 17.
