Gemma Planell developed Tutu around Barcelona's experimental-club circuit, working through her Schizoclub identity and Senzu Beans platform while playing clubs including LAUT, Nitsa and Razzmatazz. VJ Roc is Barcelona artist Roc Jiménez de Cisneros, co-founder of EVOL and co-director of ALKU with Anna Ramos. Their pairing joins Tutu's narrative mixing to a visual practice rooted in computer music, psychedelia and dismantled rave syntax.
