María Moreno Martínez came from Murcia to Madrid after classical-piano training and initially worked as a touring keyboardist for artists including Javiera Mena, mori and irenegarry. Her records connect Madrid's loose experimental-pop network—Ralphie Choo, Dinamarca and Loukeman among it—with direct Spanish songwriting, humour and the occasional hard-edged electronic drop.
