Mariano Melo, aka Sarine, is a Brazilian percussionist and drummer based in São Paulo; Douglas Leal, aka Yantra, is a Rio de Janeiro-based multi-instrumentalist. Both come from DEAFKIDS, and Yantra has run as a solo project since 2015, with Sarine’s solo recordings arriving on labels like Lovers & Lollypops and Futura Resistenza.
