Roy Montgomery & Martha Skye Murphy
Remote collaboration for guitar, voice, and decay
Based in London, United Kingdom
Montgomery’s side is cyclical guitar music: layered, echoing, and slowly collapsing into drone and post-rock haze. Murphy’s voice and keys turn phrases into texture; on their new record, the songs sit between chamber-like intimacy, rough-edged guitar overhang, and abstract vocal fragments.
