Let the New Take Root
Youth-focused workshop and performance program at Kiemkamer
Based in Utrecht, Netherlands
This is a participatory program more than a band slot. The festival text centers DIY workshops, short performances, and activities built around making patches and planting messages on seed paper.
More about Let the New Take Root
Studio de Kiemkamer frames it as part of U? 2026’s ‘Kiem’ theme, with the stage given to what is young, new, and just breaking through. The point is local community-making: workshops, art, and low-key interventions across the festival site.
