Bristol bassist’s solo kosmische and motorik detour
Based in Bristol, United Kingdom
Fuller’s solo material sits on bass-led repetition, analog synth haze and dubbed-out electronics, with spoken-word fragments drifting through the mix. It has the forward motion of krautrock, but the edges stay soft and murky rather than hard and mechanical.
He’s best known from Beak>, the Bristol trio that made him a fixture in the city’s post-rock and left-field psych circles. Fragments extends that role into a solo lane, with the same scene’s love of motorik pulse, tape texture and atmospheric low end.
Fragments opens with a track called 'Rummer' and closes with 'Last Train To Yatton'.
