Sacred choir reframed through Beirut electronics
Based in Beirut, Lebanon

This is a commission from Bethlehem’s Wonder Cabinet and Radio alHara, made in response to the cancellation of Christmas celebrations in Bethlehem in late 2023. Sary Moussa and Abed Kobeissy come out of Beirut’s experimental underground; Lawrence Sammour has led the Church of the Nativity choir since 1970.
