This is a daytime participatory program, not a music set. The emphasis is on tastings, stories, recipes, fermentation, pickling, claying, and shared discussion, with the room moving between exhibition, ritual, and hands-on contribution.

A Tavola! is rooted in Werkspoorkwartier, the Utrecht industrial district the festival is spotlighting here. The program brings together Creative Coding Utrecht, University of Twente, artist Sunjoo Lee, PAO & TJOY, Renske Versluijs, and local chefs and artists, so it sits in a community-art and food-knowledge line rather than a concert context.
