Bruera works with sustained drones, corroded electronics, noise pressure and slowly shifting ambient space; earlier performances have also used electric mandolin and cinematic sound beds. At C2C, expect a patient SØVN-minded selection rather than a straight club set.
Bruera co-founded SØVN Records in 2015 with Francesco Ameglio and Stefano Venegoni, initially operating between The Hague, Barcelona and Turin. The label's cassette culture and deliberately eccentric packaging place it in the Italian experimental underground rather than conventional dance music.
