Yemz
Percussive UK bass DJ from Bristol via North London
Based in North London, United Kingdom · From Bristol, United Kingdom · Plays most in London, Bristol, Manchester
Her range runs from UK funky and grime instrumentals to UKG wobblers, with percussive weight and diaspora rhythms doing most of the work. The ADE bill places her in a London party-starter setting, so expect sharp swings, heavy drums and quick crowd control rather than a long-form narrative set.
More about Yemz
Yemz is billed as a high-energy party starter from Bristol via North London, with roots in the diaspora sounds that sit around UK bass. Resident Advisor and her agency profile point to a scene-touching DJ who has played Glastonbury, Boiler Room and The Warehouse Project, which puts her in the current UK club circuit rather than a niche lane.
