Songpot · Amsterdam Dance Event 2026

His sets are built around acid lines, rave energy, and pounding techno, with BPMs and drum pressure aimed at the harder end of the floor. The festival bio also points to occasional blends of deep-house and early-techno material, but acid is the through-line.

More about TheKoosy

The bio places him in the Dutch techno scene for more than 35 years, starting as DJ EJ Ugel before taking the TheKoosy name in the late 1990s. He came up alongside the rise of Detroit techno, ACID House, Euro House, Hardcore, Tech House, and Deep House, which explains the broad old-school vocabulary in his sets.
