Steven Hiemstra is Director at STMPD RCRDS and part of Martin Garrix’s management team, based in Amsterdam. Before that he worked as a record producer, a worldwide touring DJ for Hed Kandi/Ministry of Sound, an A&R consultant at EMI Music Publishing, and Senior A&R/Creative Manager at Universal Music Publishing. He sits in the Dutch electronic business end of things, which makes him a fit for a panel about the plumbing behind releases and payments.
