Songpot · Amsterdam Dance Event 2026

The festival bio places Stacy Kidd in the Chicago house lineage and lists soulful house, afro house, tech house, jackin house, and deep house. That usually means warm low-end, piano and organ figures, gospel or vocal touches, and a set built to keep the floor moving rather than blast it.

More about Stacy Kidd

He’s presented here as a Chicago-born house veteran and producer, with the programme slotting him into a house night alongside Manoo and Alton Miller. The strongest documented context from the materials is that he works across classic house substyles, not as a one-note jackin-house DJ.
