Space 92
French techno producer with hard, trance-leaning sets
From France · Plays most in Amsterdam, Paris, Miami
The live sets on SoundCloud are tagged techno, hard techno and trance, which tracks with the festival billing around raw techno and hard groove. Expect driving four-four drums, bright lead lines, fast transitions and a festival-room mix built for pressure rather than subtlety.
More about Space 92
Space 92 is French and rose through the modern peak-time techno lane, with Beatportal describing him as Mathieu Mourareau and linking his 2020 breakthrough to strong support from UMEK. He also founded Takeoff Music, which fits the producer-DJ model behind a lot of current festival techno.
A story
Beatportal says UMEK messaged him on Instagram in December 2020 and told him he’d be next number one. From the press
