Songpot · Amsterdam Dance Event 2026

The Sound Metaphors sets lean on house, disco, balearic and Italo rather than one fixed genre. Their own mix pages and label/shop output suggest a DJ set built from vinyl selections, with long blends, bright percussion and a very physical, floor-first pacing.

More about Sound Metaphors DJs

Castro and Nemo are the faces of Sound Metaphors in Berlin, a record shop and label based in Neukölln. The shop’s own site frames them as selectors from a scene that values obscure 12-inches, disco-adjacent tools and H.A.N.D. parties as a full ecosystem, not just a shop.
