Warner Chappell Benelux A&R for demo feedback
Based in Amsterdam, Netherlands
This is a conference session, not a performance. Expect short, practical feedback on demos from an A&R who works across Benelux publishing and artist development.
Soraib el Jelali is Head of A&R, Benelux at Warner Chappell Music in Amsterdam. Warner Chappell and Music Week both note his appointment in 2026, and MBW says he previously handled A&R at Atlantic Records Benelux and worked with artists including Roxy Dekker.
