Sophie Bruin
Techno DJ from northern Netherlands
Based in Northern Netherlands, Netherlands · From Netherlands
Clean, stripped techno with quirky turns, then harder kicks and raw basslines. Expect a set that moves between minimal detail and more locked-in, emotional pressure.
More about Sophie Bruin
She comes out of the northern Netherlands and is tied into Amsterdam’s Techno Tuesday scene at Melkweg. The InDeep'n'Dance connection matters: that store has been building around techno, minimal, hardcore, early rave, house, trance and drum & bass since 1999, so this is crate-digging DJ culture rather than playlist techno.
