Simon Field
Norwegian house and tech-house DJ
Based in Oslo, Norway · From Norway · Plays most in Oslo, Lisbon
He works a grooved house frame with deep bass, clean percussion and enough melody to keep the room light on its feet. The Spotify and website text point to a catalogue that moves between minimal tech house, jackin' house, deep funk house and soulful house, so the set should be broad rather than locked into one substyle.
More about Simon Field
He has been active for more than a decade and built a large release count across labels like Armada, Ultra, Sony Music, Subliminal, disco:wax and Perfect Havoc. The festival bio also puts him in Oslo club life through his Basement Records imprint and residencies at Jaeger and Skaugum, which is the clearest scene anchor here.
A story
He launched Basement Records in 2023 for his own music and Oslo’s underground. In their own words
