Rick Gleave is the founder of The Music Foundry, a consultancy for music-tech companies, rights holders, platforms, and investors. He previously held senior roles at Tuned Global and helped launch Pandora in Australia and New Zealand; he also sits on the advisory boards of Synchtank and Music Technology UK.
