Amsterdam house-and-techno DJ; vinyl-heavy, atmosphere-first sets
Based in Amsterdam, Netherlands
Loose, rolling house and techno with a soft-edged swing, a lot of room around the kick, and little details that keep the floor locked in. He plays like someone pulling from a deep shelf rather than chasing peaks: long blends, patient build, and the odd left-field turn.
Reiss comes out of Amsterdam’s house-and-techno underground and is tied closely to VBX, including a residency at their Amsterdam events. He also runs Dialegestai, a vinyl-only label built around dialogue between DJ and crowd; its early releases included Malin Genie and a Cristi Cons/Vlad Radu split.
