Songpot · Amsterdam Dance Event 2026

He plays tense, driver-led techno, but his sets open out into ambient drift, EBM stomp, punk grit, and hardcore pressure. The result is usually a fast-moving, low-noise-floor set with metallic textures, clipped drum machines, and vocals used as another percussive layer rather than a singalong hook.

More about Parrish Smith

Parrish Smith is a Dutch DJ, producer, and multidisciplinary artist from Amsterdam. His profile sits in the left-field Amsterdam axis that crosses techno with industrial, punk, and DIY electronics, and he’s also one half of Volition Immanent with Mark van de Maat. That project’s releases on Mind Records put him in contact with a scene that treats EBM, industrial, and techno as adjacent tools rather than separate camps.
