More about Noell3
NOELL3 comes out of Amsterdam’s Bijlmer/Zuidoost hip-hop lane, with the festival framing her as a multidisciplinary artist rather than just a rapper. FunX recently noted she was back with new music after a quiet period, and the OSCAM/KIP Republic residency places her inside a longer process around music, performance, research and community.
