Forster came up through international ad agencies including Ogilvy, McCann-Erickson, Strawberry Frog, 180, Wieden+Kennedy, INDG, Visual Latina, and TBWA, where she led the global adidas account for nine years. She was managing director of GUT Amsterdam and founded VOICE in 2025, a business-therapy lab built around her VEMM methodology.
