Songpot · Amsterdam Dance Event 2026

Sets move between soulful house, Chicago jack, Detroit grooves, and electro-leaning techno. His own framing of "Practical House" points to vocal-driven, club-ready records with some jungle, garage, and experimental detours.

More about Mike Anderson

He grew up between Reading and London, absorbing hardcore rave, abstract house, jungle techno, drum’n’bass, and garage before moving to Italy and leaning into house. The scene context around him is very house-heritage heavy: Marshall Jefferson, DJ Pierre, Joe Smooth, Orlando Voorn, Santonio Echols, and labels like KMS, King Street Sounds, and Subwax BCN show the lane he operates in.

A story

He spent years doing radio in south Italy on Radio Radiosa, Radio Norba, and m2O. In their own words
