Songpot · Amsterdam Dance Event 2026

Matador's live sets are hard-driving techno with a clean, engineered edge: tight drums, warped synth lines and a lot of pressure around the kick. The festival bio stresses the 'Matador Sound' as deep, dark, chuggy and driving, and his ADE 2025 live upload shows he is still performing live production sets rather than straight DJ blends. More about Matador

Gavin Lynch built Matador out of early-2000s Dublin residencies and studio work, and he was named DJ Awards' 2016 Electronic Live Performer by Insomniac's artist profile. He also runs RUKUS, which the same profile identifies as his label boss role. ([insomniac.com](https://www.insomniac.com/music/artists/matador/))
