Songpot · Amsterdam Dance Event 2026

He moves between machine-driven club tracks and more tactile, live-feeling selections. Expect hard-wearing drums, warped synths, industrial pressure, and the odd stretch of ambient space rather than clean peak-time utility.

More about Mark Knekelhuis

He runs Knekelhuis, the Amsterdam label that has put out records by De Ambassade, Parrish Smith, EYE, Victor De Roo and others. The label frames itself around conflict, surprise, and the blur between wave, punk, synth-pop, industrial, ambient and techno.

A story

He also fronts Volition Immanent with Parrish Smith, a two-man live act. In their own words
