Maarten Walraven
Music-business academic and scene-building moderator
Based in Utrecht, Netherlands · From Netherlands
No performance set here: he’s moderating a conference panel, not playing music. The programme frames him as someone thinking about distribution, funding, discovery, and the infrastructure around independent music rather than a specific sonic lane.
