Karmel
Amsterdam-based Palestinian DJ, artist, and radio host
Based in Amsterdam, Netherlands
Her DJ sets pull from jazz, psychedelic Arabic, punk, and other left-field detours, usually with long transitions and a strong narrative arc. In this ADE context, she’s closer to a selector and cultural host than a straight club DJ, with room for spoken context and radio-style flow.
