Junior Company
Dutch National Ballet’s young company
Based in Amsterdam, Netherlands · From Netherlands
This is ballet, not club music: the Junior Company performs inside Swan Lake Remixed with Dutch National Ballet, ISH Dance Collective, electronic music, and digital art. Expect classical technique, physical dialogue, and a remix-era presentation rather than a straight staging.
More about Junior Company
The Junior Company is Dutch National Ballet’s bridge from academy to main company, with 13 dancers and a 2026 leadership update under Christopher Powney. It matters as the training ground where Dutch National Ballet develops the next generation of dancers and repertory.
