Jeff Solo
Operator Radio’s Rotterdam director and DJ
Based in Rotterdam, Netherlands
This is a conference session, not a set. Jeff van Hoek is there as Operator’s Executive Director, so the practical angle is community radio, curation, and how local broadcasts feed DJs and selectors into the wider circuit.
