James Cottle came out of the North East of England and names early Tiësto and Paul van Dyk as the records that set him off. He has released on Armada, Black Hole Recordings, and is named by the festival bio with FSOE and Vandit as part of that wider European trance circuit. His lane is the modern, melody-first side of trance that still works in big rooms and showcase nights.
