Songpot · Amsterdam Dance Event 2026

This is a vocal-led house profile rather than a DJ set: Jackie Queens is known for soulful house vocals and work around South African dance music. Her public-facing work also sits in mentoring, writing, and scene-building, so expect a conversation rooted in how records and careers get made.

More about Jackie Queens

Queens is tied to South African house through Bae Electronica, the label she founded to platform Black women artists, and through shesaid.so South Africa, where she co-directs. She was named on Resident Advisor’s 2021 Re-record list and on shesaid.so’s Top 100 Alternative Power List, which marks her as both an artist and an organiser in the scene.
