Songpot · Amsterdam Dance Event 2026
Ira James
Open-format DJ with house, hip-hop, and funk muscle
Based in Dallas, Texas, USA · From Lawton, Oklahoma, USA
The bio sells him as an open-format selector with bumping, weird, funky, atmospheric grooves. At ADE this should read as a genre-surfing set, likely moving between house, hip-hop, and club records rather than staying in one lane.
More about Ira James
He came up in Lawton and Dallas and has spent years playing globally, with the festival text placing him on a New York house-flavoured night at Borisov. The only documented artist page I found is his Vessel Recordings Group SoundCloud, which matches the bio’s focus on selector culture more than producer identity.
