Monterrey DJ moving from minimal tech into acid techno
From Monterrey, Mexico
The festival text puts her between minimal-tech, tech house, acid techno, melodies and breaks, so the set should move from rolling grooves into more acidic pressure. Expect a darker, more experimental edge than the rest of the PRIK lineup.
More about Infame
María Fernanda Treviño comes out of Monterrey and is the only resident DJ of ZIJ. Festival copy says she started underage in 2012, then began promoting and producing events as Zij Festival, which makes her part of the newer Mexican underground circuit rather than a legacy-club lane.
A story
She began promoting and producing events as Zij Festival during the Covid crisis. In their own words
