Heleen Blanken
Amsterdam interdisciplinary artist, kinetic installation maker
Based in Amsterdam, Netherlands · Plays most in Amsterdam, Nijmegen, Berlin
This is installation work, not a DJ set: mirrored, kinetic environments, moving blades, refracted light and machine motion. Heliotrope is described as a mirrored installation that moves and diffuses light, so the experience is visual, reflective and slow-burn rather than musical in the club sense.
