Songpot · Amsterdam Dance Event 2026

Hector Cortes works in polished progressive house: long phrasing, tuned-down emotional leads, and the kind of steady drive that leaves space for melodic breakdowns. His own bio points to Hernán Cattaneo and ZERO 7 as the key reference points, so expect a smoother, more narrative closing-day set than a peak-time club hammer.

More about Hector Cortes

Born in Guadalajara in 2004, he started DJing at 13 and producing four years later. His releases have landed on labels including 3rd Avenue, Strangers Beats, Transensations, and Musique de Lune, which places him in the Latin American progressive-house circuit that feeds a lot of the international daytime showcase scene.
