Soma house duo with long-running Chicago-to-UK ties
Clean, rolling house built around tight percussion, warm low-end and the sort of patient arrangement that works as well at 4pm as midnight. Their Soma-era records lean into club function rather than spectacle, with a smooth, propulsive finish.
H-Foundation are the house duo Soma Records picked up after a Miami meeting in 2000, following early singles like the 'Homegrown EP' and the later 'Passage Of Time' release. Soma’s archive frames them as a pair whose production and DJ work sat comfortably between house, progressive and techno, with 'Environments' arriving in 2003.
