Gijs van Belle
Minimal and electro-house DJ from Zeeland
Based in Amsterdam, Netherlands · From Netherlands
His own SoundCloud blurb points to minimal and electro-house, with piano-trained melodies sitting over raw, steady house grooves. The contest mixes attached to his name lean housey rather than flashy: tidy percussion, looping motifs, and a patient build rather than big-room payoff.
More about Gijs van Belle
The festival text places him in TIDE, a Zeeland-rooted showcase moving work and community to Amsterdam. That matters here: he reads less like a headline export and more like part of the province’s current of young dance music makers connecting local scenes to club circuits.

He first came through on a contest-winning set with Lizz, then posted the winning mix on SoundCloud. In their own words
