Songpot · Amsterdam Dance Event 2026

Their music is built from warm synthesisers, field recordings and distant vocal fragments, with delicate melodies over restrained rhythm. The bandcamp and RA sources both frame it as forest-shaped electronic music that works as well for seated listening as it does in a club room.

More about Gidge

Gidge are Jonatan Nilsson and Ludvig Stolterman from Umeå in northern Sweden, and they broke out via Atomnation with Autumn Bells in 2014. Their sound sits in the Nordic ambient/electronic lane where field recording, soft-focus melody and post-club atmospherics are the point.

A story

They were classmates, took a Sound Production class, and started producing together before forming Gidge. In their own words
