Gareth Deakin

Music-tech consultant and AFEM committee chair

Based in United Kingdom

This is a conference room set, not a DJ set. The festival text places him in a morning tech mixer, so the useful angle is ideas, deals, and infrastructure rather than music playback.

More about Gareth Deakin

He’s been moving between electronic music, distribution, and startups for nearly a decade, according to the festival bio. Abbey Road says the REDD Incubator exists to scout and develop music tech, which fits his role at an event focused on founders, operators, and creative technologists.
