Songpot · Amsterdam Dance Event 2026

FSQ’s records fold live-band funk, disco and house into a dense, bass-forward club frame. The project also carries plenty of P-Funk color: rubbery bass, punchy drums, stacked vocals and a selector’s ear for Balearic and boogie sides when Chuck Da Fonk DJs.

More about FSQ

FSQ grew out of the creative overlap between Soul Clap and Parliament-Funkadelic, and the group is led on the DJ side by Chuck Da Fonk, aka Chuck Fishman. Their 2020 album and its remix follow-up sit on Soul Clap Records, which places them firmly in the New York/Boston house-funk corridor that keeps older dance-lineage records in circulation.
