Franz Matthews
Berlin-based DJ blending indie dance and house
Based in Berlin, Germany · From France / Germany · Plays most in Berlin, Paris
Indie dance, funk-leaning house, and club music, so expect bassline-led sets with a warm swing rather than straight utility techno. The BRM showcase context suggests a melodic-house-to-indie-dance lane, built for an early-to-mid peak rather than a burn-the-room set.
More about Franz Matthews
He’s described as Franco-German and based in Berlin, which fits a city where indie dance and melodic club records circulate between small labels and long-form DJ sets. The festival programme places him in a BRM Agency / Barbur Room showcase built around Melodic House & Techno and Indie Dance.
