Ferry Tayle
French trance DJ with saxophone roots and club-deck pedigree
From France · Plays most in London, Leeds, New York City
He comes from a jazz background, so the phrasing tends to be clean and musical rather than purely functional. In a club set, expect uplifting trance, long builds, and that AVA-style sheen: bright synths, widescreen breaks, and plenty of forward motion.
More about Ferry Tayle
He started on saxophone at seven, spent 14 years in jazz before moving into electronic music, then learned DJing in 1999. His early professional break came at Le Colysée in eastern France, where he was quickly playing alongside names like Cosmic Gate, Darude, U96, and David Guetta.
A story
He learned electronic music after discovering Jean-Michel Jarre's first album. In their own words
