Bassem Diaa’s oud and electronics meet Amro Zidan’s electronics and engineering background, so the music sits between modal improvisation and dense electronic texture. Their records move through Egyptian ritual references, shaabi traces, and free-form passages rather than fixed club tempo.

More about EIN L AQL

They come out of Alexandria and sit in the Egyptian experimental lane, where oud, electronics, and conceptual composition overlap. Their Bandcamp notes point to projects built with support from Behna el Wekalah and Drosos Foundation, and their releases connect contemporary experimentation to MENA sound worlds and maqam thinking.
